Surface Fluidic System

The Modular Fluidics surface system is a trailer-mounted modular platform designed to generate controlled hydraulic oscillations using interchangeable fluidic canisters.

The system operates with standard oilfield pumping equipment and allows operators to configure frequency delivery depending on the application.

Key features include:

  • Modular canister bays
  • Pneumatic valve frequency control
  • Rapid canister replacement
  • Compatible with standard oilfield pumping systems

Fluidic Canister Modules

The platform uses interchangeable fluidic canisters to generate specific frequency ranges. Operators can configure the system to deliver very-low, low, or high frequency hydraulic energy depending on the application.

Available configurations include:

  • VLF modules
  • LF modules
  • HF modules
  • Dual-frequency configurations

Downhole Tool Architecture

The downhole system integrates with coil tubing operations and allows frequency energy to be delivered directly at the point of intervention.

A typical downhole configuration may include:

  • Smart Nozzle
  • HF Module
  • VLF or LF Module
  • Coil Connector

This modular architecture allows operators to configure the downhole system depending on well conditions and job objectives.

Applications Supported by the System

  • Frac plug removal
  • Debris cleanout
  • Acid stimulation support
  • Deep acid penetration and formation stimulation
  • Scale removal
  • Extended reach intervention operations

Expanded Applications

While the Modular Fluidics platform is primarily designed for oil and gas well intervention, the technology has also been used in geothermal well operations where controlled hydraulic oscillation improves cleanout efficiency and fluid penetration. The same fluidic principles may also apply to additional industrial fluid system applications.

Additional applications include:

  • Geothermal well stimulation and cleanout
  • Industrial pipeline cleaning and flow conditioning
  • Large-scale fluid transport systems
  • Infrastructure maintenance applications

The Modular Fluidic Energy System™ is not a single tool—it is a scalable technology platform designed to integrate today’s fluidic technologies while remaining adaptable for tomorrow’s innovations.
